Approach

From PMV Fund Management, we want to generate an attractive return for the partners in our funds and at the same time create value with the companies and projects we invest in.

We do this with a hands-on approach in which we turn opportunities into successes together with entrepreneurs and project partners. When we invest, we always do so with a longer-term vision. A clear strategy and extensive knowledge of the market is crucial for this, but also the fact that our investments are socially responsible. This is why we have a comprehensive ESG policy for each of our funds. Each investment must add value to our portfolio from a risk and return perspective. This allows us to build a balanced, robust portfolio within the mandate we have for our funds.

Board & management

PMV Fund Management's board of directors consists of Michel Casselman, Geert Diericx, Tine Vandenbussche and Marc Vermeiren (chairman). The management committee includes Roald Borré, Werner Decrem, Filip Lacquet and Eric Van Cauwenbergh.
