ESG

PMV Fund Management is fundamentally convinced that there is a strong and positive correlation between long-term profitability and environmental and socially responsible behaviour. It therefore strongly considers ESG criteria when investing.

At PMV Fund Management, ESG criteria and objectives are integrated into all stages of the investment process. We analyse every potential investment in the light of our funds' ESG criteria and objectives. Even after our investment, we remain actively involved to work with management and/or stakeholders of our holdings to realise plans that are in line with long-term sustainability objectives.

Both the Epico² fund and the Welfare Fund are set up as 'light green' funds under Article 8 of the Sustainable Finance Disclosures Regulation (SFDR).

PMV FM's remuneration policy demands the variable remuneration of both investment managers and senior executives to be determined by the extent to which the long-term objectives of the funds are achieved. This also takes into account the sustainability risks (environmental, social or governance events or conditions that could have a negative impact on the value of the fund portfolios). Determining and mitigating these risks is an essential part of PMV FM's risk management strategy, and is thus essential part of PMV FM's remuneration policy.
